Safe Harbour Security completes acquisition of DNA Technologies
(Halifax, Canada): Mammoth Communications Inc, a division of Safe
Harbour Security, announced today the purchase of DNA Technologies from
Nexient Learning Inc. Coincident with the purchase, Mammoth
Communications Inc, restructured its operations to create and conduct
business under the new name, Safe Harbour Security. DNA Technologies,
Mammoth Communications and related company, Alarm Central, will now
become operating divisions of Safe Harbour Security.

of Safe Harbour Security. We now represent to our network of
independent security and alarm affiliates, a bona fide portfolio of
unique products and services, including UL Certified Central Station
monitoring, GPS for vehicle and personal tracking, and now DNA Marking

companies, we look now to leverage our collective strengths into a
national service offering for the benefit of independent security and
alarm dealers across Canada.”
